Special Financing for ADA

Are there any lenders who do special financing for Americans with disabilities? I am legally blind and partially deaf and I was told there are special services out there. Thanks for the information. by vertigo444 from Anchorage, Alaska. Jan 7th 2019 Reply

As far as special mortgages, i'm not aware of any unless you are a military veteran with a service related disability.. then VA financing waives their up front funding fee.. other than that, for the state of Alaska, The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) - Provides a variety of programs such as our loans for first-time home buyers, low- and moderate-income borrowers, veterans, teachers and nurses and administers the Veterans Mortgage Program which offers financing for qualified veterans at lower interest rates. The Veterans Land Discount program allows certain veterans to a 25% discount on the purchase price of state residential/recreational land. Real property owned and occupied by a qualified disabled veteran whose disability has been rated as 50 percent or more by the military service or the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, is exempt from taxation on the first $150,000.00 of assessed valuation. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / LendUS, NMLS 1938/ AZMB0121893
