Student loans will be paid off in 7 months but want to buy now. Can we have the loan calculated without this debt included?

Possibly, but more info is needed.. guidelines say that if a debt is going to be paid within the next 10 months, then those payments can be ignored for qualifying purposes, however, if you have limited income and high ratios, and the lender determines that it would create a hardship for you, then they will not ignore the payments.. so, without looking at your complete loan profile, it's hard to answer your questions directly..
