Today is Thursday, and I close on a home on Monday. My lender hasn't provided a Closing Disclosure yet. Should I be concerned?

Yes, you should be concerned. There is a three-day waiting period that start on the day you sign the CD. Sunday's don't count, so you will not be closing on Monday. Demand that your lender explain to you in specific detail as to why they have not issued the CD yet.
