I bought a gorgeous little bungalow that needs a little rehab. I left a little money for the repairs but it looks like I’m gonna need more. Am I correct in assuming that I won’t be able to get a home improvement loan without any paperwork? Credit scores are in the high 600s and I have no loans at the moment. by joshsimmons461 from Aspen, Colorado. Jul 15th 2022
I'm a bit confused. Typical loan paperwork needed is just your last two paystubs, and the last two years of W2's. Both of which you should have. If you can't find the W2's, the lender has a few option. Just make application with a local lender. I'm a mortgage lender for properties in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Find me at JoeMetzler.com - Cambria Mortgage, NMLS 274132
