US mortgage with only foreign income?

I have foreign sourced income and need to buy a house in the US. My wife is a US citizen but we have lived in New Zealand for the last 20 years. We just need a home equity loan to do some renovations on a freehold $500,000 home in Pittsburgh, PA.I have started creating a credit score here over the last 6 months by having cellphone contracts and credit card payments on time etc but don't quite know if I qualify. by gkp_625_991 from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
