Can you have a savings account and still qualify for a usda loan by toakley08359 from Ann Arbor, Michigan. May 24th 2020
USDA loans are income based assistance loans with special qualification rules. You can have liquid assets in the bank, like a savings account, and be just fine. You just can't have too much with this program. The simple reason being if you have to much, why do you need a special no down payment loan? I lend for USDA loans in MN WI IA SD and ND. I can be reached at JoeMetzler.com/usda. NMLS 274132. Equal Housing Lender.
