VA loan in FLorida
Hello fellow mortgage brokers! I am looking for a Florida Licensed broker that can do a VA loan. The borrower has excellent credit and income, but his DTI's are higher (56+-) because he currently has two mortgages. Looking for someone that is experienced with self employed borrower and can act quickly. We have him approved in DO, but need a lender that can closed this loan up. I was not working on this loan myself. I passed it along to a FL broker and they just sat on it and didn't respond. They are a good client of mine and worked on their MA home and want to make sure they get the right service! Thanks for responding.
