That's going to be difficult.. mortgage lenders only do cash out refinance transactions on "Real Property".. Real property is land that has been improved to where there is a habitable structure affixed to it.. Mobile homes can be real property if the home is architecturally attached and a certificate of affixture is filed with the county assessors office.. otherwise it's just a piece of land, and very difficult to get a cash out refi on.
