Hello Sir,If your son is on the loan then you would need to refinance in just your names in order to remove him.If your son is not on the loan then you could a real estate attorney prepare a quit claim deed and have him removed (this would be the least expensive route)If you have any question, please call me at 210-789-2870,Thanks,Jon NicholsNichols Home Lending
Not a problem.. Let the title company know that you wish to remove your son.. he will need to sign a deed, but this can all be done at the same time you complete your refinance paperwork.. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
