I am a broker in Pennsylvania looking for a wholesale lender or another broker to co-broker the loan with. Credit score on the borrower is 780's, DTI is around 18%. Loan amount 612,000 and appraisal should come in around 765,000. Need a cash out lender to 80% or higher
