what about lend/lease in a retirement park?

More info needed.. but if your talking about a "Land/Lease" for a mobile home park, then that's not considered real property, and you need to have real property to get a mortgage.. this doesn't mean there is no financing available.. it just means that it's not mortgage finance.. Try reaching out to the other owners in the park to see who they are using for financing and give them a call. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets.
