There's no way anyone here can tell you how to increase your home's value without actually looking at it.. But in general terms, Cute, pretty, and updated are what sell. If you have outdated counters or outdated flooring.. that will hurt.. if your home is cluttered, that's bad.. the reality is that there are so many different things that can help increase the value, it's impossible to advise you without seeing your home. The best advice I can give you would be to contact a local real estate agent, and let them walk through your home and ask them what they would advise you to work on.. but no one can tell you without looking at it..
