What are the non fannie mae mortgage refinance options?

Hi Greg, I'm local here in Scottsdale and would be happy to help. Fannie and Freddie are the most common refinance options, but there are others. FHA, VA, USDA and Jumbo loans also apply depending on your qualifications. If you don't mind me asking, why do you want to avoid Fannie and Freddie?
