None.. First, this was only possible in the past using a rehab type loan.. (FHA's 203(B), or Conventional HomeStyle Renovation loan).. but current guidelines do not allow you to do the work unless you are a licensed contractor.. if you are, then you can only apply your materials costs, and only for the costs associated with your license.. Example:.. your are a licensed electrician.. you can only get credit for electrical parts and supplies.. but not plumbing, painting, drywall.. etc.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
