If you have a middle score of 620 or better you can. If you want the lowest rates available then you require a middle score of 720. I also provide two options the best rate available and the lowest rate available based off of your middle credit score.

Some banks can go as low as 580. The average is 620. But that is not the only qualifier. Please call me for details..Sharon 732 606 6264

Good question. there are many variations and it would be best to take a full application. With some programs it would depend on a full application and how it would look in the system when all of the factors are run, such as assets, loan to value as well as credit score are a consideration. We do many types of unusual loans and can lend nationwide. Joyce 301 915 5644 or speedlad@aol.com

As stated already, 620 is generally the minimum but there are lots of other criteria. It is difficult to actually be approved with the score that low and it makes a big difference in the interest rate.

620 is the minimum score. But keep in mind the higher the score the better the rate.

You would need to tell the lender you chose more information about yourloan, situation, and what your overall goal of the refinance is for. Are you currently in a FHA, VA or USDA loan? are you currently payingmortgage insurance currently? is this a primary residence? You best betis to contact a local lender that can help you in Fla.

It takes so much more to qualifying than just a credit score.. In general, most lenders require a 620 minimum for conventional financing.. however, that's assuming you have at least 20% equity.. if not, then your score will need to be even higher.. 660 or above, 720 ideally.. Then there's the income, job, employment, type of income, credit history, derogatory credit, foreclosure, short sale, BK, etc.. you could have a 750 credit score and have one of these deficiencies and still not get approved.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com
