Your question is impossible to answer.. MUCH MORE INFO needed... There is no "Average".. every loan stands on its own.. Property type? Property use? Retail? industrial? Warehouse? Mechanic Shop? Dry Cleaner? Motel? etc, etc, etc.. Is the property part of a business? or is it a rentals? Strip mall? Is it an owner occupied business property?, what the Loan to Value?, etc, etc, etc..
