What is the closing average on a mortgage loan these days?

Not sure but we close loans in approx 15working days

Average loan closing for a purchase can be from 3 to 6 weeks.. refinance transactions can take 4 to 6 weeks.. This is assuming everything goes according to plan.. but in today's lending environment, rarely does everything go according to plan.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
