What is the fastest turn-around time for an FHA mortgage? from start to finish. Can i t be done in 3 weeks or less?

Yes, an FHA mortgage can be done in 3 weeks, especially if it's a purchase or streamline refinance. I've done purchases in 17 days and streamline refinances in 14. Find a good FHA broker in your area by clicking on Find a Lender above.

It depends mostly on the appraisal and underwriting turn times. You won't be able to close it sooner than 7 days after application. 3 weeks is a reasonable, but quick, expectation if everything goes smoothly; generally speaking, though, 2 weeks is about as fast as you should expect.
