We are looking at a property for about $210,000. We can afford the mortgage but low on down payment. What is the lowest we could put up? by jeffersonfam582 from Athens, Georgia. Feb 21st 2017
Depends on the type of loan. 0 down on USDA and VA.1% down on some conventional. Call me at 470-253-8288 Barry ElamHarbor Mortgage, Cumming, Ga.
For VA and USDA, $0 down payment options. Conventional has 3% and 5% down payment options. FHA has 3.5% down payment. Feel free to apply at www.totalvisionloans.com and I would be happy to review your options with you based on your particular senario. You can also call me at 843-536-0938. - Edward
USDA and VA are Zero down.. But for USDA, you must be looking in a USDA defined area.. and for VA, you must have VA benefits available to you.. Conventional is 3% down for first time home buyers, but 5% down otherwise, and FHA required 3.5% down.. There also might be some local grant funds available, but for that, it's best to contact a local mortgage loan officer or local real estate agent.. they should be familiar with any local grant programs.. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
