What is the minimim amount of time I must live in my home before I can rent it out?

More info needed, but in general, most conforming loan products require that if you purchased a property as an "Owner Occupied", then you must live in the home for 12 months prior to turning it into a rental.. so, it looks like you have a few months to go..
