what jumbo conforming rates are you seeing?

What rates are you guys seeing for jumbo conforming loans. BofA has this "no fee" loan where they cover the PMI and closing costs but they are quoting us 7.625%. The bankrate website for the jumbo NON-conforming loan for BofA says 7.5% which is lower than our conforming. Seems backwards and waaay high. by gugubee from Hartsford, California. Jul 8th 2011 Reply
