Typically, I don't recommend you contact a big bank for mortgages, since hardly can they ever close on time, but when it comes to small loans, they are the best at it.. Another possibility is a small local community bank or credit union.. Lending laws makes it very difficult for lenders to profit from very small loans.. so most have minimum loan amounts in the $75K to $100K.. However, the large banks have a responsibility to lend to a wide range of people, with varying credit scores, income levels and area's.. to meet these requirements, they will do the smaller loans, even if they end up losing money on them.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
