The HARP 2.0 guidelines have been released, and lenders will be ready to accept applications beginning March 17th. Lenders are getting their borrowers in line now to ready for submission. First one's in will be the first one out.. Your loan has to be owned by Fannie or Freddie and must have been originated prior to March 2009.
