It is an excellent time to refinance. The market is at the bottom and the rates are started to climb. Before anyone starts a refinance we provide a full analysis to show you if it makes sens in your situation to refinance at the current time depending on your situation.

It just depends on the objective...if it is to just lower the rate...probably a good time.Feel free to contact me for a no obligation consultation. 562.254.5616

The answer is there is no correct answer. I generally tell my clients it is the right time if it makes sense. For some, it is a lower rate and lower payment. For some, it is a shorter term. For others maybe it is taking some cash out. Talk to a licensed mortgage Loan Officer. Go over your wants, needs, and desires. It will become very obvious if it right to refinance or not. I lend in MN, IA, ND, SD, and WI. Find me at JoeMetzler.com. NMLS 274132
