Where can I find records for GMAC/Homecoming Financial prior to the problems of 2008/2009?

Once a company is out of business, then you wont be able to find any of your records related to your dealings with the company.. However, all deed's, deeds of trust, and deed releases are recorded with the county recorders office.. so the important documents should be filed there..
