Yes. We can do cash-out re-finance on rental properties. Usually at 50% loan-to-value. Sometimes to 60% LTV.
More info needed, but in general, you would need to do a "Cash Out" refinance.. Depending on how many financed properties you have, you might be restricted to private funds or a conforming loan. For conforming loans, you can pull out up to 75% Loan to value (LTV).. if you have more than 10 financed properties, then you cannot use conforming loan products.
