Where to refi in Texas?
I have a 10.5 interest rate, I have never been late on my mortgage payments, but my credit score is not good, and would like to add my wife on the loan, her credit is not good either. My best advice is to contact a local Mortgage Banker/Broker, rather than one of the big banks. Unlike a bank employee, who is most likely just an order taker, a Mortgage Broker/Banker is Trained, Tested and Licensed in all aspects of Mortgage Origination.
