Assuming your referring to mortgage loan fraud, then you can contact many different agencies.. The CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) is a federal agency that handles mortgage fraud nationally.. you can also call your local county attorney's office or state agencies that deal with white collar crime.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. it depends on where the fraud is coming from.. loan officer? then report to their company.. title company? report to the main headquarters.. the CFPB is to help with situations, but they are in there for profit more than help,, from experience..
