worried home will not pass USDA inspection

The house I want is not in horible shape but in one of the rooms the windows have glass that is cracked slightly. Aside from that I have a list of standards the house needs to meet an the rest seems to be in good shape. are the crackings going to bar me from a usda loan or is there anyway the repairs can be financed into the loan? by charya.karte786399 from Pinto, Maryland. You need to speak to your mortgage professional to see if they will allow any repairs to be "escrowed at closing", which means that if the seller agrees to contribute towards the dollar amount of the repairs, they could close your loan by taking 125% of the amount needed for the repairs and hold those funds in escrow until the work is complete. This helps to ensure the work will be completed, unless the seller is willing to remedy any deficient condition in advance of your closing.
