The housing market is showing signs of life. Housing affordability is now at its best level in six years. In many markets, it is now cheaper to own than rent.

With interest rates on mortgages at lifetime lows, its time to start looking at a purchase. 

Employment is improving. Factory orders are picking up. Housing inventory is declining. New home starts are low.  ( a sign that builders are not adding to inventory)
