Today, Weekly Job Claims results beat economists expectations, and Greece reached an internal austerity agreement in order to keep receiving its negotiated E.U. bailout funds.
As a result of this better than expected economic and political news, the 10 Year Treausury Yield rose to 2.04% today, so mortgage rates are also up slightly.
