Happy New Year to Everyone! I wish you all Excellent Health, Great Happiness, and Much Prosperity for this year and beyond!

My Blog today is to just share a little bit about the Advice I have seen posted on this website. As with anything, it is always best to do your own research and confirm what you are hearing. It seems that with some of the lender / broker posts that are replying back to the person posting the financing question, many do not actually have all the facts.

When I reply to a consumers question, I decide if there are enough facts provided in the question and if so, I give a direct reply after researching any necessary lending guidelines so the answers I give are the most accurate details that I can offer. These details can then be verified by the consumer and a quick Google or other Search online should be able to confirm the information provided.

I hope that with my direct advice and quick replies that I would earn the Trust and possible Business of those posting questions. I do feel that I am very competent and would be happy to have an offline discussion for any possible loan scenario with No Obligation to use my services!
