Time to Head East

With prices continuing to skyrocket in the bay area, now is the time for homeowners on the verge of relocation to take advantage of buyer's emotions and sell. Boomers, time to consider heading east to Northern Nevada for a better quality of life and lower cost of living. Northern Nevada makes the most dollars and sense when proximity to kids and grandkids is important, as well as slower pace and non-existent traffic (the Reno area experiences a Rush Minute, not a Rush Hour(s)).

Having just arrived back from a week in the bay (South and North), I can say the cost of living and the traffic were 2 major turn offs. People are pleasant, as I enjoyed many a conversation with folks from all walks of life.
