What will interest rates do tomorrow? Mortgage experts predict lower to stable rates tomorrow, according to our live poll. Today the market finished flat with very little movement. Tomorrows economic data may invite fluctuation in interest rates due to speculation of the Feds reaction to these anticipated reports. However, industry experts believe tapering is not likely until 2014 when the economy can restabilize. Trading in both stock and bond markets this morning are flat, which is typically reflect market rate movement. Check back tomorrow for a rate update and Wednesday's prediction.

5/1 year (ARM) rates decreased by .01% to 3.11%. The 52-week high is 3.37%.
