The FHFA released new conforming loan limits that will be activated next year for mortgages acquired by GSEs Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. For most of the U.S., the 2021 max conforming loan limit for a one-unit property will be $548,250. That's an increase from $510,400 in 2020.
